Recent Placements

The Rev. Keith Pozzuto has accepted a call to serve as the rector of Christ Church, Brownsville.


The Rev. Kris Opat
has accepted a call to serve as the curate of St. Paul's in Mount Lebanon.

The Rev. Josh Miller has accepted a call to serve as assistant rector at Ascension, Oakland.

 

The Rev. David Wilson has accepted a call to St. David's in Peter's Township.  He will serve as priest-in-charge.  Fr. Wilson completed his ministry at St. Paul's in Kittanning on June 1.

The Rev. Aaron Zimmerman
has accepted a call to serve as the assistant rector at St. Stephen's in Sewickley.

 

Ministry Milestones


The Rev. C. Bradley Wilson, rector of Fox Chapel, offered his resignation to the vestry effective August 15, 2008, to return to academia. His intention is to obtain a doctorate in Philosophy (with an emphasis on virtue ethics) so that he can teach at the university or seminary level.

God Willing, The Rev. Jeremy Blauvelt, who serves at Trinity, Pas Christian, in Mississippi, will be ordained to the sacred order of priests on August 17 by Bishop Duncan Gray on behalf of Bishop Robert Duncan.

A total of 13 were ordained to the sacred order of deacons at 10 am on June 7 at Trinity Cathedral in downtown Pittsburgh.  The following were ordained to the vocational or transitional diaconate.
